A view of King Tomislav Square, the main square of this lovely continental town. When you see just this part of the city, it is very clear why Daruvar carries the title of the most landscaped small town in continental Croatia.
The square stands out with an interesting architecture, it is the main gathering place of locals and visitors, and a place for holding numerous events and manifestations. Although a small town, the entertainment offer here is truly rich. Events are arranged during the whole year, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy festivals such as Darfest, FLIG and the Children's Festival Maska and fairs such as the Christmas Fair, Beer Days, Plum and Brandy Days and many others.
The city is beautiful at all times of the year, but it is particularly impressive in spring when numerous grassy grounds become green and colorful flowers bloom. It is also lovely in the winter when the snow completely covers the King Tomislav Square.
