The town of Tršće is the youngest town in the Čabar area. It is located on a plateau, which stretches at a height of 824 meters above sea level. The mine is at the foot of the mountain where the town of Tršće is located, and is located at 1,052 meters above sea level.
The ski center in Trieste has two groomed ski slopes for alpine skiing in lengths of 800 and 1200 meters, for Nordic skiing in lengths of 3 and 5 km, a ski lift and a catering facility "Brvnara" with a restaurant. There is also a ski lift for children, and Ski Club Tršće organizes a ski school for beginners. Two toboggan runs, conveyor belt, ice rink, skating school, ski school, Rudnik snowmaking, inflatables for children, snowman making competition, mascots, astrofest, children's playroom, children's corner, live music on Saturdays, fritters, mulled wine and a number of other activities they completed the winter magic.
