Bednja

Here is one of the most famous and most visited castle in Croatia - Trakošćan Castle. The castle was built at the end of the 13th century, and since 1954 it has been a museum with permanent exhibition. Whole castle will leave you breathless, but also its impressive surroundings decorated as a landscape park. There are meadows, lakes, trees and gardens where are planted various exotic types.
