4. Tour of Croatia 2018

Cycling fans, adrenaline fans! The world's professional cycling race Tour of Croatia is coming: 6 stages - 6 days - 1000 km.

Even 20 professional teams, 8 of them are World Tour teams and 1 Croatian will pedal from 17-22 April 2018, through the 12 counties and 12 cities, through the Adriatic coast, Istria and the interior of Croatia. Visitors, but also viewers across the world, will enjoy the exciting racing, also the many natural beauties.

The World Bicycle elite will start in Osijek, and through the last goal will go to the already traditional final rutes in the city of Zagreb, at St. Mark square, where the winner of the ceremony will be held.

Tour of Croatia is one of the most important sporting events this year in Croatia and as it has competing component it is also the unique tourist product in Croatia as it brings numerous benefits for the promotion of natural beauty, cultural heritage, economic potential and the cities and regions through which it is passing. This is the event which wants to become an important part of the total tourist offer and one of the main accelerators for the development of cyclotouristic offer and the arrival of cyclotourists as well as the further improvement of the image of Croatia in the world.

If you have not yet understood the significance of this important race, we must add that it is only a step lower than the Tour de France or Giro d'Italia. A good reason for opening a new cycling season in great style.
