The Weekend Food Festival is back and it will take place in the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj. The festival will bring together some of the best experts in gastronomy, catering, mixology, oil, and coffee. The Weekend Food Festival discusses world trends, encourages the exchange of experiences, educates and strives for excellence in every segment.
You will have the opportunity to listen to the personal experiences of renowned Chefs from all over the World. Also, you will be able to learn from them at Masterclasses. Lectures will be held in gastronomy, mixology, wine, and coffee making.
The coffee weekend is planned where you will be able to taste new coffee aromas and flavors. In mixology classes, you will be able to taste unique cocktails and learn bartending tips and tricks. From alchemy through art, from PR to Michelin, from vegetarianism to the position of women in top gastronomy.
Finally, the whole experience will be enhanced by music performances.
