Pula Glows Again: Visualia Festival 2026 Transforms the City into a Light Spectacle – Watch Live!

From September 17th to 19th, Pula becomes the center of audio-visual magic as the twelfth edition of the Visualia Festival kicks off. Croatia's very first light festival brings a stunning lineup of 23 light installations spread across 16 locations throughout the city's historic core. Every evening from 8:00 PM to midnight, Pula's streets, squares, and ancient monuments will transform into an interactive open-air museum.

The Arena – Light Giants and Historical Grandeur

Pula’s Roman amphitheater is once again one of the festival's main stars. Expect monumental light installations here, alongside an incredible view of Pula’s famous "Lighting Giants" (the illuminated cranes of the Uljanik shipyard) perfectly framing the night skyline.

The city’s main square, the Forum, is the home of mesmerizing 3D mapping projections this year, cast directly onto the facades of the Communal Palace and the Temple of Augustus. The Golden Gate (Arch of the Sergii) – Gateway to the Light Labyrinth

The Arch of the Sergii serves as a magnificent grand entrance into the pedestrian zone, which is packed with smaller, interactive installations that react to the touch and movement of passersby. Passing under the Golden Gate is exceptionally scenic this year and perfect for photos.

Korzo (Giardini) – A Light Tunnel Beneath the Trees
