Certainly one of the most attractive Summer entertainment events on the Adriatic.
Since 1967, at the beginning of August the residents of Senj with their guests transform the city into the capital of the Summer masquerade on the eastern shore of the Adriatic.

The city of Senj is once again becoming a center of entertainment, dance, music and carnival spirit! With a rich program and the participation of numerous local and foreign groups, Senj will once again host thousands of visitors eager for a good time.

The handover of power took place on Senj's Trg Cilnica and was witnessed by a large number of visitors, both local and tourists, and was preceded by a small carnival procession led by the Senj City Music and members of the Senj dance group Maja*s dance nation, who carried a large carnival flag.

On Friday, August 7, a foam party for children with dance animators will be held on Škver Beach, followed by a mask show on Trg Cilnica at 9:00 PM, and from 10:30 PM, Abba Tribute will perform with the Abbazia Band and DJ Daddy Cool.

On Saturday, August 8th, at 10:30 a.m., carnival fun and face painting will begin on Pavlin Square, and at 7:30 p.m., the carnival will end, when a spectacular carnival procession will pass through the city with a large number of participants from Croatia and abroad. After the procession at 9:30 p.m., visitors will be entertained at Cilnica Square by the Spice Grills band, and from 11 p.m., by the Grooversi band, while the party continues on Pavlin Square with the Lighthouse Disco Carnival Party.
