Weekend Outdoor Festival in Fažana

The first Weekend Outdoor Festival in Fažana lasts from May 24 to 26, and in three days it will present Istria's rich outdoor offer and bring together in one place those who provide various activities related to sports and recreation at sea and on land. The fair represents a unique platform for networking and promotion of all stakeholders of outdoor tourism in the area of Istria (adventure, camping, sport, travel & leisure).

Located along the Fažana coast, this event promises a dynamic combination of outdoor activities, music and gastronomy with a view of the Brijuni Islands.

The aim of the festival is to position Istria as an exceptional region for outdoor and premium tourism and to promote tourism of specific interests, encouraging guests and visitors to stay in the pre- and post-season.

About 40 exhibitors will perform at the WOF, presenting the diverse outdoor offer of the Istrian peninsula. In addition to the exhibition part, the fair will be completed with an expert part, panel discussions, expert lectures, B2B and B2C meetings, as well as sports and recreational races, as well as a gastronomic and musical evening program.

There are one of several running events planned for Istria in 2024 under the common banner of ISTRun Eat Drink and FAR (Fažana Adventure Race). The FAR race represents a somewhat rigorous challenge, attractive to sports people who want to combine kayaking, running, cycling and zipline activities in one, adrenaline-pumping competition.
