The race around the Krk

It will be an exciting and dynamic sports weekend at the sea, an aquarium will be “dressed in white”. The top sailing spectacle on the sea, the 5th edition of a multi-day offshore, cruise racing " The race around the Krk", will be held for three days from September 7th to 9^th. The regatta starts from Novi Vinodolski, and ends in Selca and vice versa. The direction of sailing around island Krk is not defined and is determined just before the start of the regatta, based on the weather forecast. Thirty sailboats will take part in this year's regatta, with the exception of large fast racing sailboats, there will be an attractive class of smaller sailboats.

Check in, the review of sailing boats and equipment, welcome receptions and final start preparations will take place at marina Mitan in Novi Vinodolski. The marina will also hold a ceremony to announce the winner with the closing ceremony. The start of regatta is in Novi Vinodolski at Mitan marina at 7pm while the finish is in Selce. The finish time is unknown and the last entry is possible on Sunday around 2pm.
