Lucky Trail Nin

Lucky Trail is a team race in which teams of three compete, but you can also participate "solo" at 5.7 km or 15.7 km.

The grand finale of the Lucky Trail series will take place on October 29 in the area of ​​the unique Croatian lagoon in Nin. In 2016, this tourist place with a thousand-year history was declared "the most romantic destination in Europe", and it proudly carries the EDEN label as a European destination of excellence. This will be a different race in many ways.

The race will take place in one of the most important Croatian historical cities, along thousand-year-old streets and Roman roads. The team race on three tracks goes around the sights of the city of Nin and its surroundings. There will be longer sections of trails in nature, but also urban elements. That's why we call the Lucky Trail Nin the "urban trail". It will run through the very center of the city, along the paved waterfront and city promenades.

The start/finish of all races is on the meadow above Kraljičina beach, one of the most beautiful European beaches, with a beautiful view of the sea and Velebit. They will also run through the salt fields of Solana Nin. This will be a unique opportunity to experience a place where salt has been harvested since Roman times. You run through the salt pan on another, green track. Kraljičina beach, city of Nin, Ždrijac beach - famous kite-surfing location, Nin lagoon visited by rare birds, Mijašić river ravine. This will also be a city race, it will run through the center of the town, next to the smallest cathedral in the world, the church of St. Cross from the 9th century, Gregory of Nin, which you can receive as a thumbs up for good luck as you pass by, and across the bridges that connect Nin's old town with the mainland.

Take part in this unique race in the royal city of Nin! It is the only marine Lucky Trail. Lucky Trail Nin is supported by the Tourist Board of the city of Nin, among others.
