The first Pag Grill Festival will be held as part of the May Day weekend and the project "Pag on the menu" on the Stara riva in the city of Pag.
"Pag on the Menu", the traditional cuisine of the island of Pag, is a project that aims to promote the traditional gastronomy of the island of Pag and implement it into the standard offer of renowned catering establishments throughout the island. This project brands the local eno-gastronomic offer, revitalizing old dishes.
Pag Grill Festival focuses on the preparation of top-quality aged meat prepared by professionals, all accompanied by a fair of island products. Pag's Gradelada celebrates the tradition of preparing food on the grill (gradela), with a focus on local ingredients.
This event once again confirms how important tradition and local gastronomy are to the identity of the island of Pag, offering visitors an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
While grill masters prepare aged meats from Croatian farms throughout the afternoon, in the evening there is a party with the hits of Nena Belan.
