Trogir Cultural Summer

This summer, Trogir has once again shone as a true center of Dalmatian culture and entertainment. Trogir, a city-museum, a place where a new attraction emerges from every corner and where history and art lovers will find their place. Its streets and squares are an excellent backdrop for the Trogir Cultural Summer, which is celebrating its 55th edition. An event that has been combining heritage, music, theater and contemporary artistic expression for more than half a century.

As part of the 55th Trogir Cultural Summer, which officially opened on July 4th at Ivan Pavla II Square, a series of extremely well-attended and diverse events were held, delighting both the local audience and numerous tourists as an introduction to more than two months of cultural events. This year's program includes more than 100 cultural and entertainment events in 70 days, including 23 concerts, 13 theater performances, 11 fishermen's festivals, festivals on the islands and numerous other activities.

Opening ceremony with a concert by the Trogir Folk Music: "OUR FIRST 200 YEARS!" in honor of the impressive 200 years of the Trogir Folk Music.

Popular names such as Željko Samardžić, Baby Lasagna, Dubioza Kolektiv, Hiljson Mandela, Mort, Silente will perform on stages in the Kamerlengo Tower and throughout the city, while the festival segment will be marked by already established events: Kula Kula Festival, Moondance Festival, Guitar Masters Festival and the nationally recognized Opera Selecta project.
