Christmas Market in Zadar

The Christmas holidays are getting closer every day, and the special atmosphere they bring is already felt, and this is especially true in the city of Zadar, which has made the Christmas a little bit earlier this year.

The longest Christmas Market Zadar and its 5th edition, which was officially opened on November 22nd with a magnificent concert by one of the biggest rock bands Prljavo Kazalište and spectacular fireworks, with a handful of events will last for 5 weeks until January 2nd next year and offers guests plenty of good fun, great music and concerts, delicious delicacies and all that has been making the Festive seasons special for last few years, when the beautiful Christmas story first started.

A traditional Stroll Around the City will last until 15 January. During this period, all restaurants, shops and museums with the Stroll Around the City signs and labels will offer affordable festive menus, as well as special offers and discounts, or additional programmes as well as discounts on tickets and souvenirs.

Chrismtas squares, Petar Zoranić and Narodni trg, Ice skating rink at Višnjik, Children’s Christmas Market with lots of Christmas workshops, concerts, Little Elves’ Christmas Factory, perfomances, The Arrival of Santa Claus, Children’s New Year’s Eve, these are all locations where you can enjoy the holiday Christmas atmosphere.

25 gastro houses/stands are set up and tell us that this year's Christmas gastronomic offer in Zadar will be better and more varied than ever. Different variants of fast and finger food, cooked meals and desserts, Mediterranean / fish menu in some of them, promise the visitors to have a great meal in the Christmas atmosphere.
