4th Croatian Rowing Cup Finals and 2nd International rowing regatta Eights at Pag

Organized by the Croatian Rowing Federation, the Rowing Federation of Dalmatia, the Rowing Federation of Zagreb and the Rowing Club of Pag, the 4th Finals of the Croatian Rowing Cup in Pag will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019.

The final of the Croatian Rowing Cup is a competition where the best crews from the Regional Cups and the Cup of Dalmatia meet, represented by the best three crews from each Cup, in selected disciplines and categories.

Juniors and seniors rowers compete on the track up to 2000 meters (not less than 1000 m) and rowing cadets compete on the track up to 1000 meters (not less than 500 m). The sponsors and co-organizers of the Rowing Cup finals are the City of Pag and the Pag Tourist Board.

On September 22, 2019, the 2nd International Regatta Eights will take place in Pag, in the Bay of Pag from the beach Zrće (start) to the waterfront in the City of Pag (destination), about 15 km long. The international rowing regatta Zrće - Pag is ideal for promoting Pag as a desirable destination for rowers, so this year the best Croatian rowers will come to the regatta, including Damir Martin, winner of world and Olympic medals. The regatta will also be attended by a member of the FISA World Rowing Federation, since the Eights Regatta on Pag is an integral part of the FISA rowing calendar.

The organizers of the International Rowing regatta Eights on Pag are the Rowing Club of Pag, the Croatian Rowing Federation, the Tourist Board of the City of Pag, the City of Pag, the Tourist Board of the City of Novalja and the City of Novalja.
