After the success of the first two buildings of the Matrix Office Park in Zagreb, which is located on the outskirts of the business district and were completed in 2020, GTC plans to further develop the Matrix Office Park by adding another building to the complex.
The first two buildings of the Matrix Office Park offer around 21,280 m2 of modern, sustainable business offices, retail spaces, warehouses and parking spaces suitable for rent to domestic and international companies. The third building, Matrix C, will be the latest extension of the most modern and sustainable business center in Zagreb. Just like the previous two, Building C provides an innovative office space while maintaining a high environmental standard for a variety of international tenants. The new space will provide approximately 10,500 m2 of gross leased space with high-quality office space, retail facilities, bicycle storage, other services and facilities, and will provide underground as well as above-ground parking for 250 vehicles and power supplies for electric vehicles.
Matrix A and B buildings have already received LEED Platinum certificates, and the new Matrix C building should become another sustainable business center that will receive DGNB Gold certification upon completion of construction.
Matrix Office Park will become a truly modern business center for various sectors and industries that offer their tenants maximum comfort and security. Finish of the construction of the Matrix C building is planned for the second quarter of 2023.
