Croatia achieves excellent tourist results in the shoulder season as well. With one million 900 thousand guests and more than 12 million overnight stays in September, 94% of the turnover from the record 2019 was reached.

Last year's Holiday Week project became the Croatian Tourism Month, which lasts during October, a promotional campaign of the Ministry of Tourism and Croatian tourist agency that attracts guests in the shoulder season with an interesting offer and affordable prices to extend the tourist season and encourage local tourism in the shoulder season. Relaxing in a luxury hotel, traveling and discovering the charms of beautiful country Croatia is possible for all travel lovers who can visit various parts of Croatia and consume numerous tourist products and services, from accommodation, transport, cultural, historical, natural sights and tourist attractions to catering services and different experiences at significantly better prices. In addition to Croatian citizens, the offer at more favorable prices will also be available to foreign guests who will be staying in Croatian destinations during October.

The project is followed by a marketing campaign that will further inform and encourage tourism entities to get involved in this commendable project, as well as domestic tourists to take the opportunity to travel and experience at more affordable prices.
