Cavtat nominated for the best European destination 2019.

On the hill of the peninsula of Rat which is filled by green pines, cypresses and Mediterranean plants, there are unique place on the Adriatic - the old town of Cavtat.
Over seven kilometers of sandy beaches, shallow coast, clean sea and luxurious high class hotels are the reasons why Cavtat is one of the most visited destinations in the Dubrovnik area. And Cavtat could soon receive another acknowledgment.
Well, on the list of 20 destinations nominated for the best European destination in 2019, our Adriatic pearl has also found its place.
Just like the metropolis like London, Rome and Paris, our beautiful Cavtat has a place on the list.
European Best Destionations has been awarded the Best European Destination Award since 2009. and the same portal proclaimed Zadar as the best destination in Europe in 2016 and Zagreb as the best Christmas European destination for three years.
