A combination of fishing, tradition and cuisine in one place.
Seafood specialties, including the best quality bluefin tuna in the world, are a recognized gastronomic brand, which is why this festival is particularly significant.
This year's 10th in a row, the Tuna, Sushi & Wine Festival combines fishing, tradition and mariculture, culinary and gastronomy and the top wines of this region in two content- and space-separated parts.
On Petar Zoranić Square, visitors can experience a unique fusion of the Adriatic flavors, featuring exquisite tuna specialties, selected wines, and a rich accompanying program inspired by Japanese tradition.
Enjoy the spectacular Katanayaichi Samurai Show, performances by Japanese artists, the fascinating Kaitai Show—a live tuna-cutting demonstration, Japanese language workshops, and much more.

During the rest of the days the program will be held at Petar Zoranić Square, from where you can watch the atmosphere live. The food will be prepared by some of the best Croatian chefs, and there will be no shortage of good music. Each festival day will be marked by a different content.
A special highlight of the festival will be the gala dinner, hosted by Japanese master chef Nasu Akiyuki, taking place on Friday, April 11, at Arsenal. This exclusive evening will bring together top local chefs alongside the master chef, who will prepare sophisticated delicacies paired with carefully selected wines.
The Petar Zoranić Festival Square is becoming a large open-air kitchen and is divided into several program units. Some of the cooking teams will be constantly present at the festival, while in the Cooking Show Corner, dishes will be prepared every day by a different famous Zadar chef and restaurant. The square also features the Wine Corner, a counter with wines from the best winemakers in the Zadar region.
Each festival evening will be marked by a music concert.
The festival will also offer various workshops where you can develop your creative abilities.
Top food, wine and entertainment.
