Exciting August in Baška Voda

After enchanting us with its popular beaches, live webcam postcards presented to curious visitors around the world which best evoke its beauty, Baška Voda has made every effort to make the August in this place, which has been successfully tourism since the 1920s, exciting and full of events.

Music lovers can expect performances by a variety of bands, Dalmatian bands and folklore groups that take place throughout the month, both in the city center and in neighboring Promajna and Bratuš. For those who want to experience a bit of authentic Dalmatian atmosphere and moovement, cheerful fishing evenings enjoyed by old and young, locals and tourists alike are the ideal event.

Baška Voda is also the right choice for those who are looking for a night out because there are numerous night bars on the beach and dance terraces. Relax with the sounds of good music and summer cocktails until the early morning hours.

A Tourist Board and the Municipality of Baška Voda will always make sure that summer in Baška Voda is hot, full of celebrity star concerts. In May, it was Jelena Rozga, in July Marko Perković Thompson was the main star, while the honor on Victory Day and Homeland Thanksgiving which will start on August 5 at 9 pm in the center of Baška Voda belongs to Prljavo kazalište. Before the concert, the audience will be entertained by the Moto defile MK Baška Voda with their program and the Roso band, and the whole celebration will be enhanced by fireworks.
