Zagreb gets a new business center - Matrix Office Park, Construction site, live

Within the new business zone in Zagreb, on Slavonska Avenue, a project worth 300 million kuna falls. A building that will have the most modern office space in Croatia.

The center consists of two buildings of over 20,000 square meters. Each building has approximately 10,000 square meters of rented space, with office space ranging from 150 to 1,600 square feet per floor. The building consists of 2 underground and 7 overhead floors. The underground floors contain a garage with 272 parking spaces, bicycle storage, storage and showers. The floors of each building are interconnected with 4 lifts and two staircases. In front of the center there will be an outer square with green areas and a green roof at the top of the building.
