Slano is one of the most picturesque places on the Dubrovnik Riviera, located in a gentle bay, with a beautiful beach, dense pine forest and olive groves, a long cultural tradition and numerous historical monuments. Slano is a small place that offers its visitors everything they need: beautiful beaches in the shade of pine trees that stretch all the way to the sea, many sports activities, numerous restaurants, taverns and cafes, beautiful nature and the crystal blue sea.

Through this webcam, you are watching the Square of Croatian Greats, which was newly built and officially opened in 2017 on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Municipality of the Dubrovnik Littoral.

The reconstruction of the Square of Croatian Greats included the area from the waterfront towards Stjepan Radić Street as part of the existing park with Croatian greats / defenders, portraits with discreet floor lighting and directional beams from spotlights located on nearby pine trees. There are also two sinks near the fountain with automatic irrigation of arles for eight palm trees and two pine trees, and benches around the fountain. The square is paved with stone.

This square hosts all important events during the year, and during the summer season along the waterfront, this square is full of summer crowd.
