Three years ago, rusty square filled with parked cars in the heart of Novalja old core got a new look, just like you have a chance to see through our camera. The old core of Novalja has always been a favorite place among locals and tourists because of its traditional and historical significance.

Today Alojzije Stepinac Square has interesting content during the day and night. In the morning and afternoon there is an ethno market with many indigenous products, while the evening is dedicated to various cultural and entertainment events such as concerts, performances of "klapa" and more. The square is coated with a magnificent stone from Brač island and it's decorated with the statue of Alojzije Stepinac. At the same time, the Dalmatian street was restored. There are small business premises and a city library - a reading room.
