After a devastating 6.2 magnitude earthquake that shook Sisak-Moslavina County at 12 hours and 19 minutes on December 29, the town of Glina has a 10-centimeter shift in a northwesterly direction. A height shift was also determined for the clay area, ie the soil was lowered by 10 centimeters.
Glina is in ruins, hundreds of people have been left homeless. With the almost daily shaking of the ground, Croatia united and quickly helped the most needy. Today, however, some people still do not have a roof over their heads.
Glina that was damaged in the Homeland War has now been given a chance to rebuild.
